Performance Marketing Specialist Role

The role of a Performance Marketing Specialist involves planning, executing and managing paid marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in running effective advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop and implement campaign strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Keyword Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Work with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Industry Knowledge and Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Actionable Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running paid marketing campaigns (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of E-commerce Funnels: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
