Results-Oriented Sales Leadership Opportunity
Deputy Manager - Tele Sales Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive sales performance, ensure operational efficiency, and foster overall team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales calls, identify low performers, and provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentoring to enhance productivity.
- Drive sales performance and ensure month-on-month achievement of control metrics.
- Ensure CMS reports (staffing, AHT, shrinkage, attrition, etc.) are accurately maintained.
- Track AUX adherence and maintain discipline within the team.
- Identify training needs within the team, coordinate training sessions, and work on the overall skill and career development of team members.
- Maintain adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Tele Sales, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team lead/managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
