We are seeking a skilled Android Gaming Expert to join our team at AAG APP, a cutting-edge gaming startup in Lucknow, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing Android-based gaming applications using Flutter or React Native, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on creating highly engaging, casual, and skill-based mobile games that captivate players with innovative gameplay, seamless performance, and interactive design. As an Android Gaming Expert, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative game features to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Android-based gaming applications using Flutter or React Native, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create engaging and visually appealing user interfaces for casual games like Ludo, Snake, etc.
  • Build and implement new game features such as multiplayer modes, power-ups, in-app purchases, and real-time leaderboards.
  • Ensure app performance by identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing animations, and reducing latency for a smooth gameplay experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Android app development, particularly in mobile gaming (casual games such as Ludo, Snake, King of the Hill, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in Flutter or React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Solid experience in integrating backend services and APIs (e.g., Firebase, Google Cloud Fire store) for real-time data synchronization, leaderboards, and user interactions.
  • Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for building 2D gaming features.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages: Java, Kotlin, or C++.
  • Experience in integrating payment gateways like Razor pay or Google Pay for in-app purchases or microtransactions.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and how they apply to mobile and casual gaming design.
