DevOps Engineering Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our DevOps team as an engineering intern. This role will provide a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure.

As a DevOps engineering intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automating manual tasks, and working with orchestration tools like Docker. You will also collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Write scripts to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
  • Work with orchestration tools like Docker
  • Assist in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure on platforms like GCP and Azure
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools
  • GCP certification with DevOps is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language
  • Solid understanding of version control with Git and common branching strategies
  • Basic understanding of web servers (Nginx, Apache)
