Senior Events Manager

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Conference Producer to join our team.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-impact conferences and custom events, from ideation to execution. You will shape event content, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage high-impact conferences for International and Domestic Markets from concept to execution.
- Design and implement marketing and audience engagement strategies to maximize event reach and impact.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, speakers, and professionals.
- Closely collaborate with marketing, sponsorship, and delegate sales teams to ensure seamless event planning and delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver customized events such as roundtables, webinars, and exclusive networking sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in conference production, events, or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years of community outreach experience, with proven ability to engage and manage industry networks.
