Senior Front-end Development Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-end Development Manager to oversee the development of our software projects and lead front-end development teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in UI/frontend development, with hands-on experience using React as a front-end development framework. They should have sound knowledge of front-end development languages, tools, and methodologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and associated technologies and toolsets (e.g., jQuery, Sass).

  • Cross-browser and cross-device friendly front-end code through responsive or adaptive techniques is essential.
  • Familiarity with AWS for product development and deployment is preferred.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment.
  • Proven knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead front-end development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  2. Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and implement solutions.
