Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled web development specialist to join our technology-first organization. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in modern architecture patterns and cloud-native applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to high-quality code through test automation, code reviews, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Drive product features from concept to production with ownership and accountability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input into technical direction.
Requirements:
  • 5–12 years of development experience in a product-based or SaaS environment.
  • Solid experience with React.js and front-end development best practices.
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication patterns.
  • Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and test automation practices (TDD/ATDD preferred).
  • A passion for clean, maintainable code and great user experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, ask the right questions, and drive quality.
