Job Description

The Fraud Risk Manager plays a pivotal role in the investigation and loss mitigation process, leveraging data, machine learning models, and Gen AI technology to drive business outcomes. This individual is responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of investigation tools and technologies, ensuring timely and robust data insights are delivered to key stakeholders.

This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving creativity and common sense to deliver innovative solutions. They must be passionate about fraud, self-motivated, highly driven, quick, and proactive thinkers who can challenge the status quo and leverage global best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Experience: Analytics and data science expertise is essential for success in this role.
  • Model Development: Exposure to fraud detection through model development is crucial.
  • Technological Acumen: A good understanding of large language models (LLMs) and other emerging techniques is necessary.
  • Data Insights: Data deep dive, insight generation, dashboard reporting, and presentation skills are critical for delivering business value.
  • Project Delivery: End-to-end project delivery and stakeholder management are key responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Education: M.Sc in Statistics, Economics, or Engineering degree or Professional education in Data Science.
  2. Technical Expertise: Good knowledge of Python, R, SQL, MS Excel, and SQL databases & coding.
  3. Bachelor's Degree: At least a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics.
