Team Leader, Operations

As a seasoned Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining expert level knowledge and assigned products and services. You will complete all required training and certifications to ensure your proficiency in this area.


The ideal candidate will have the ability to monitor customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory. They will lead daily team huddles and communicate operational updates effectively. This includes conducting coaching and feedback sessions, managing follow-up actions, and ensuring timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises for themselves and their team.


Key skills and qualifications include expert level proficiency in web-based skills, strong time management skills, critical and strategic troubleshooting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, professional demeanor and respect for colleagues and customers, ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and directors, capable of multitasking and leading in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, and success in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.


Education: Graduate degree from an accredited institution.
