Facility Operations Manager
  • Responsibilities:

The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of facilities and projects in a 24/7 operating environment. This includes managing office fit-out projects, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing facility operations, ensuring compliance and security, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage office fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and safety of employees, visitors, and assets by maintaining continuous coordination with security personnel and implementing robust security measures.

Parking and Transportation: Manage parking facilities and ensure seamless movement of associates, avoiding any disruption to the business.

Sustainability: Implement systems and procedures to ensure 99.9% uptime on all facilities-related support across operations.

  • Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Experience in managing facilities and projects in a 24/7 operating environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
