Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues related to labor, materials, or design changes.
- Ensure compliance with construction methods and best practices.
- Coordinate with project managers, structural engineers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and requirements.
- Communicate design changes or site constraints to the design team.
- Conduct inspections and testing of concrete, steel, asphalt, and other construction materials.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions to maintain quality.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in real estate or road project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
