POSITION Executive Project ManagerDEPARTMENT Project ManagementREPORTING TO Project Lead Project HeadDIRECT REPORTS Project Lead Project HeadLOCATION NoidaOur goal at LAMBSROCK is to provide unparalleled service to every client setting the benchmark within our industry As an Associate Director of Cost Management you ll be at the forefront of our mission leading and guiding our cost management teams to deliver exceptional results This pivotal role combines strategic leadership hands-on project oversight and client relationship management to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion If you re passionate about driving impactful change fostering client satisfaction and leading high-performing teams this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of cost management consultancy Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing LAMBSROCK as an industry frontrunner committed to delivering unparalleled service and value to our clients while fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation throughout the organization Position PurposeWe are looking for a highly organized Executive project manager to oversee the successful execution of projects The Executive project manager does this by creating planning steps managing the budget and identifying the required resources for the project To be successful as an Executive project manager you must have excellent organizational skills A good Executive project manager is able to manage all aspects of the project simultaneously Qualifications and Experience xc2 xb7 Bachelors degree in civil engineering Construction Management Business Administration or related field Advanced degree MBA preferred xc2 xb7 Minimum of 10-15 years of executive-level experience in project management or construction management in Hospitality Industry xc2 xb7 Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex construction projects on time within budget and to client satisfaction xc2 xb7 Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence xc2 xb7 Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability xc2 xb7 Extensive knowledge of construction principles practices and industry trends xc2 xb7 Proficiency in project management software and tools e g Primavera MS Project Procore xc2 xb7 Experience in business development client management and contract negotiation Duties Responsibilities xc2 xb7 Strategic Planning Develop and execute strategic plans for construction projects in alignment with organizational goals and objectives Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the construction market xc2 xb7 Project Leadership Provide executive leadership and direction to project teams including project managers engineers architects and support staff Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence in project delivery xc2 xb7 Client Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and key decision-makers Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile projects addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction xc2 xb7 Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction market Lead business development efforts including client presentations proposal development and contract negotiations xc2 xb7 Risk Management Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success and minimize exposure xc2 xb7 Financial Management Oversee project budgets expenses and financial performance Monitor project finances to ensure profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints xc2 xb7 Quality Assurance Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards meeting or exceeding client expectations Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate construction activities xc2 xb7 Schedule Management Monitor project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables Identify and address schedule delays or conflicts to prevent impacts on project milestones xc2 xb7 Stakeholder Communication Facilitate regular communication with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status progress and key milestones Address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner xc2 xb7 Executive Reporting Prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations on project performance financial metrics and strategic initiatives Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership What We Offer -
