Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake various tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team to mentor junior software engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting
  • Understand requirements and develop high-level designs and detailed decompositions
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs
  • Create software detailed designs and support implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations
  • Communicate effectively with global teams

Requirements:

  • Total 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years in application design and development
  • Experience in complex automotive projects owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process and Adaptive AUTOSAR based Communication and Diagnostic stack
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++, IPC mechanisms, and Automotive SW middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns, as well as ISO26262
