Core Java Trainer Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead live-in person/virtual classes in Core Java, Advanced Java, and Frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live-in person/virtual classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Frameworks.
  • Deliver a personalized blended learning experience by facilitating and supporting learners' progress/journey.
  • Evaluate and grade learners' Project Report, Project Presentation, and other documents.
  • Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.
  • Develop and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs whenever applicable.
  • Liaison with teams for schedule planning, learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, etc.

Desired Profile:

  • Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST.
  • Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
  • Good analysis or problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and delivery skills.
  • Knowledge of Liferay, Omnicom advantageous.
  • Expertise on Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices).
  • Good Knowledge of Database (SQL).
