Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise assigned team members, including goal setting, team building, and performance management.
  • Train and develop subordinate analysts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and finance partners.
  • Work with international team members on collection efforts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance and application of cash payments.
  • Control point monitoring.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of process performance metrics.
  • Contract interpretation and analysis, including the ability to translate complex contractual terms to advanced Excel modeling.
  • Journal entry processing and account reconciliations.
  • Assist management in the preparation of interim and annual audit requirements.
  • Provide scheduled deliverables in a timely manner and ad-hoc reporting as requested.
  • Conduct and document monthly dunning calls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Supervisory experience is helpful.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • NetSuite experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience tailoring and summarizing information based on audience.
