We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Operations Management Specialist. This is a full-time on-site position that involves day-to-day tasks related to analytical support, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service support, and accounting operations.

The successful candidate will analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation. They will deliver process and solution documentation while working across various teams, geographies, and tools.

This role requires a deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development. The ideal candidate will also monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation
  • Deliver process and solution documentation
  • Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring goals are achieved on time
  • Develop deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes
  • Monitor project progress and recommend actions

Required Skills and Experience:

  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective and persuasive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • BASIC understanding of business process modelling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a business analysis or related role
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com
  • Understanding of ecommerce systems and experience with online advertising
