Job Title: Email Content Reviewer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous professional to scrutinize incoming emails and identify potential phishing, social engineering, spam, or fraud attempts. This is a non-technical role – you won't need specialized tools – but you should have a keen eye for suspicious or malicious email content, strong English skills, and some prior corporate work experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess emails for potential phishing, social engineering, spam, or fraud.
  2. Flag suspicious messages in line with provided guidelines.
  3. Maintain accuracy and consistency in assessments.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Prior corporate work experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to recognize phishing or spam content (similar to corporate security awareness training).
  • Reliable and able to start immediately.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role (email review, trust & safety, content moderation, fraud detection).
