Technical Team Leader Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to guide our engineering team in delivering high-performance, scalable Core Network-as-a-Service components. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical depth and hands-on experience guiding high-performing teams.

  • Lead and Mentor a Team of Top-Tier Engineers: Foster a collaborative environment where engineers can excel and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Write Scalable Code: Develop efficient, robust, and maintainable code in C++, C, and Go.
  • Develop and Optimize Cloud-Based Networking Systems: Drive innovation in areas such as SASE, CASB, ZTNA, IPSec, and L4–L7 networking.
  • Drive Design Reviews and Implement Best Practices: Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C++, C, and Go programming/debugging, solid experience in networking protocols (L4–L7), IPSec, SASE, CASB, ZTNA, and knowledge of distributed, microservices-based architectures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, innovative thinking, and a DevOps mindset.
