Job Description:

This role is responsible for platform and software validation for our entire product portfolio. As a member of this team, you'll develop automation frameworks, deliver customer documentation, and provide training solutions. Compliance with technical certifications such as TL9000 and TSEC is essential for ensuring industry standards and regulatory requirements are met.

You'll work closely with PLM, HW, and SW architects, sales, and customer account teams to innovate and develop network deployment strategies for a broad spectrum of networking products and software solutions. This position requires excellent troubleshooting and trace analysis skills of interface S1C, S1U, Sgi, S5, and S11.

Responsibilities:

  • Worked in Packet core nodes MME, SGW, PGW in support and integration roles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LTE core network operations, including connectivity, signaling, and performance problems
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of LTE core network elements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications
  • Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and inventory

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech./M.Tech. (EC/EE/CS) Degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of Packet core 2G, 3G & 4G (VOLTE) technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting & trace analysis skills of interface S1C, S1U, Sgi, S5, and S11

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 10 years' experience from Telecommunication or Networking background
  • Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
