The Job Description
- Develop and execute an indirect sales strategy, focusing on quota-carrying performance and new partner onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring smooth business growth and aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
- Lead the development of India's indirect GTM strategy, covering both short-term and mid-term objectives (1-2 years).
- Support customers in closing opportunities and lead quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Foster collaboration among partner teams, ensuring effective communication and partnership growth.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in direct enterprise-level software sales or partner management, with a minimum of 2-3 years of track record.
- Knowledge of the Indian OT domain, with experience in managing channel/partner sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within India for business purposes.
