CPQ Solution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CPQ Solution Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our implementation and optimization team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality CPQ solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable CPQ solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Document workflows and system architecture to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components, including product pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, and UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions to ensure ease of use and understanding.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, with a focus on CPQ solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills, with a deep understanding of Salesforce development principles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development, including Apex and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
