Job Description

A key role in this position is to ensure the successful implementation of systems across multiple teams. This includes planning and coordinating complex projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute system implementations with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders for effective communication and issue resolution
  • Conduct project status calls, compose project instructions and configuration documents
  • Configure ADCs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all teams throughout the system lifecycle
  • Responsible for release Change Control, leading technical installations, and tracking software versions and configurations
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting of project status and metrics to stakeholders
  • Plan and track project commitments across Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters and shared teams
  • Remove impediments impacting team productivity
  • Drive process cadence and ceremonies across teams
  • Plan Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews with stakeholders
  • Protect teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters, not team members
  • Support risk management and mitigation
  • Serve as a liaison between scrum masters and shared teams, product managers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management or system engineering
  • Demonstratable experience in large-scale system implementations involving multiple applications
  • Agile development with strong focus on delivery
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business knowledge and supply chain understanding
  • Support stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle to understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Solid experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make/Deliver

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience managing projects using established SDLC frameworks
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations
  • Certification in areas of expertise

  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with experts and teams with the ability to adapt and compromise
  • Ability to work at both macro and micro levels as appropriate to the audience
