Job Title: Product VisionaryAre you a seasoned professional with a passion for product development and management? Do you have a strong background in techno-functional roles and banking?We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of new products and features, working closely with stakeholders, customers, and users to understand their needs.As a Product Owner, you will be expected to prioritize product features based on feasibility and customer demand, leading sprint planning meetings and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.Responsibilities:
  • Guide the development of new products and features
  • Work with stakeholders, customers, and users to understand functional goals
  • Prioritize product features based on feasibility and customer demand
  • Lead sprint planning meetings
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product development or management
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent
  • Techno-functional background
  • Banking background
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
  • IIBA/PSPO/CSPO certifications
  • Hands-on experience in SQL query and techno-functional skills
