Product Visionary - Workflow Digitization

This role is a key partner in supporting our digital transformation strategy by designing and implementing service-oriented solutions within our workflow platforms. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of product management experience, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile methodology.

  • You will be responsible for translating complex business processes into technical solutions, defining product vision and strategy based on external feedback and internal goals, and collaborating with internal teams to identify product requirements.
  • Key qualifications include strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt communication styles.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined team player who can work closely with stakeholders to drive opportunities for incorporating new technologies into existing workflows.
  • The successful candidate will be able to monitor and analyze application performance, using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
  • Leading by example, you will develop and manage a high-performing team, creating an environment that enables them to excel.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with LEAN management and language is a plus.
  • Experience with workflow platforms and automation systems is a plus.
