Electrical Test Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing electrical products and a strong understanding of relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans for electrical products, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards (IEC/IEEE/ANSI/NEMA/UL). Conduct functional, design, and operational tests to validate product performance.
  2. Lab Management: Maintain lab equipment, prepare and process test reports, and manage lab workload. Implement and maintain 5S activities to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Analytical Skills: Analyze test results using engineering calculations, system-level analysis tools, and draw conclusions based on findings. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and 10-12 years of experience in validation of electrical products. Strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE/ANSI/NEMA/UL standards and hands-on experience with LV & MV Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, ACBs, MCBs, RCCBs, MCCBs, Panel boards, RMUs, VCBs, Contactors, Motor Starters, PCC, MCC, Wiring Devices, Plug and Sockets.
