Tax Professional Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Tax Specialist to join our team.
  • This role involves preparing tax audit transfer pricing income tax returns and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses sections etc.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in tax law, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of tax submissions in response to notices from various authorities through effective coordination with functions.
  • Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by entities after analyzing treaty benefits.
  • Analysis of tax implications of certain incentives given to employees and advising internal stakeholders on tax-effective structure for employees.
  • Effectively liaising with external and internal stakeholders to represent the organization externally on tax-related matters.
  • Application of tools and process improvements to tax function.
  • Identification, analysis, and highlighting of areas or events with potential tax risks.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong technical skills in tax law.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Business Acumen:

• Understanding of current tax processes and business operations.

Professional Qualifications:

• Relevant professional certifications and experience in tax consulting.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English language.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional travel may be required.
