Senior Financial Transactions Manager

A results-driven Senior Accounts Manager is required to oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing supplier bills and PC invoices, preparing monthly statements of TDS with reconciliation, and updating the fixed assets register.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process all PC, Supplier Bills and other TDS related bills with proper supporting documents and ensure timely statutory deductions.
- Prepare monthly statement of TDS with TDS reconciliation.
- Prepare PC/labor Liability statement and submit to the Finance Head for approval of Labor & PC Payment.
- Prepare Supplier liability statement within the specified period as per guidelines.
- Prepare bank Reconciliation.
- Update Fixed Assets Register along with details on a monthly basis within the specified date.
- Responsible for preparation of statements of statutory dues (i.e. TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI etc) and remittances to RO/HO.
- GST compliances to check & reconciliation GSTR 2B & 3B & GSTR 1.
- Ensure implementation of Budgets and report variances to management on a monthly basis.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly profitability statements, cash flow, various reconciliation statements & other cost control reports.
- Timely monitor & prepare BGs, LC's, Corporate Guarantees & Bonds with the client as well as banks.
- Working experience in SAP environment required.
