IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our globally connected team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our IT operations, serving as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues within the organization.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to engage in continuous learning and improvement initiatives in our IT support services.

  • Serving as the initial point of contact in the IT support call centre
  • Offering technical assistance to both in-house and external clients
  • Diagnosing and resolving fundamental technical issues involving hardware and software
  • Configuring, deploying and supporting end-user computing

Prior experience in IT Support is essential, along with healthcare application familiarity, application and hardware troubleshooting, excellent English written and oral communication, workstation build experience, and experience working with HL7 integration engines, PACS/RIS software, and DICOM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing timely and effective IT support to internal and external clients
  2. Identifying and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software
  3. Collaborating with the IT team and users to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations
  4. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT Support
