Compliance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The Compliance Professional will be responsible for ensuring that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes designing and implementing testing programs, analyzing data, and communicating findings to management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a regulatory compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement testing programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Analyze data to identify potential issues and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate findings to management and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and regulators
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations and provide guidance to the organization on compliance matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or law
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
