Lead UI/UX Designer

We're seeking a seasoned Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the development of innovative healthcare solutions. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving the overall design vision and strategy for our healthcare applications.

This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes. You will work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs that meet the needs of our users.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar design tools
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with healthcare or SaaS product design
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular) for better developer collaboration
