As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying fashion trends & innovations across the world and bringing them to our portfolio through sustainable sourcing practices. You will analyze sales data to gain insights on fast moving styles vs slow moving and introduce freshness to the portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and driven professional with a strong understanding of textiles, sustainable materials, and innovative sourcing practices. They should have 6-8 years of experience in fashion and a degree in Textile Technology/Fashion Technology/Apparel Production/Sourcing (NIFT or equivalent preferred).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors with strong sustainability practices
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with mills, factories, and suppliers
  • Negotiating best-in-class pricing, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring compliance with sustainability goals
