Technical Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our company's digital hub that serves healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our products meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Communicate Product Vision: Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team.
  • Work with Development Team: Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Ensure Product Requirements: Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers: Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements.
  • Product Roadmap and Release Schedule: Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for marketing technology products.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Agile Development Methodology: Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Healthcare Marketing Technology: Experience in healthcare marketing technology products is a must.
Technology Management:
  • Digital Technologies: Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C / B2B/ E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • CMS Tools: Experience in CMS tools viz stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage.
  • ETL Tools and Data Visualization: Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving and Root Cause Identification: Anticipates and avoids technical problems / bad designs whiles also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution / workarounds.
