The ideal candidate will have expertise in Wholesale sales and technology, as well as experience with ERP system enhancements.

This role involves driving efficiency through continuous improvement efforts within the Distribution & Wholesale product group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively participate in the Agile methodology to facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Identify, analyze, and document business processes and technical requirements.
  • Ensure new solutions are clearly documented and Subject Matter Experts are adequately trained.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders during sprint planning sessions and project implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU issues.
  • Communicate regularly with business partners and team members across multiple time zones.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our business by driving innovation and process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Distribution and Wholesale sales required.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.
  • Ability to learn and test new business application functionalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Logical thinking and attention to detail.
