Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to implement and upgrade Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in system installations, interface configuration, data migrations, and infrastructure understanding within GxP-regulated environments.

  • Perform Opcenter component installations and upgrades with validation and audit documentation.
  • Configure interfaces using Opcenter Connect MOM and OPC UA for machine connectivity.
  • Implement Level 4 interfaces for SAP MES integration.
  • Execute master data and configuration migrations between DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams on application requirements, including network, hosting, and database configurations.
  • Utilize Siemens standard reporting tools for operational and compliance reports.
  • Support modeling configurations, such as UDCD, Business Rules, and User Queries.
  • Work on Designer and Portal Studio for MAP(XML) configurations, workflows, and other MES components.
  • Evaluate implementation alignment with GxP regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Understand Qualification frameworks for validating system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation and Upgrades: Perform Opcenter component installations and upgrades with validation and audit documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics.
  • Strong Technical Skills:
  • Component installations and upgrades.
  • Interface configurations (OPC UA, SAP).
  • Master data/configuration migrations.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure requirements related to MES (network, database, hosting).
  • Familiarity with standard Siemens MES reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of GxP regulations and validation practices.
Preferred Skills
  • MES Modeling: MES modeling (UDCD, business rules, user queries).
  • MES Component Development: Experience with Designer and Portal Studio (MAP, workflows).
