Project Director Role

Job Description:

As a seasoned project director, you will lead end-to-end application project management for large-scale, complex development projects. You will plan, design, build, configure, commission, and maintain projects while ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and strong stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. They will coordinate cross-functional teams, utilize Agile methodologies, and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project roadmaps and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track and report on project performance using project management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including mentoring and training junior project managers.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates and manage expectations.

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale application development and deployment projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management best practices.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS CRM 365, MS Project, or similar.
