We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT operations. As a Manager, you will oversee the development, design and optimization of information technology systems that support our business processes.

  • This role requires leadership skills, technical knowledge and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and selecting enterprise systems, applications and network hardware/software, as well as ensuring data protection and infrastructure architecture standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale IT projects
  • Analyze and develop solutions to complex business problems
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT project management, with 1-3 years of management experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Experience working in life sciences, biotechnology or high-tech industries
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project
