About the Role

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver innovative software solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align technology goals with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development and deployment.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Open Pages (8.3.x and later), including designing and developing complex flows for Governance Risk and Compliance space.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with TFUI, workflows, configuration, views, calculations, security, triggers, helpers, APIs, AFCON, object models, integration, etc.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • IBM OpenPages Certification: Developer certification.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and processes.
  • Data Integration: Knowledgeable on Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
