Software Engineering Leadership Role

As a senior software engineering manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our software engineering projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex software functions to meet business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to enhance their skills and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and certification of software solutions
  • Develop and implement test plans to validate software functionality and quality
  • Define features and requirements that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Provide customer support and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Verify and validate software solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
  • Talent Management: lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM)
