We are seeking a skilled e-commerce professional with strong experience in building, customizing, and scaling Shopify solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with hands-on expertise in modern web technologies and full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-stack web application development using JavaScript/TypeScript/React.
  • Develop and customize Shopify themes and work with Liquid templating.
  • Implement/debug third-party Shopify apps and build custom Shopify solutions.
  • Work with Shopify Storefront API, AJAX API, Meta fields, and object properties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Apply best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and clean coding principles.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of core Shopify development experience.
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, DOM manipulation.
  • Experience with vanilla JS, jQuery, ES6+, and modern frameworks (React preferred).
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks (Rails, Django, Spring, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Exposure to agile/lean methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, observability.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a love for clean, elegant code.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with CSP architecture, scaling, and deployment.
  • Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, IaC).
  • Experience with APM tools (New Relic, etc.).
  • Exposure to streaming media or wellness verticals.
  • Knowledge of Stripe APIs and payment integrations.
