We believe conversations and stories are inextricably linked. We're seeking a visionary to bring ideas to life through powerful visuals. This individual will not only be skilled with design tools but also possess a keen imagination, precision, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to craft integrated campaigns that tell cohesive stories.
  • Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life and captivate audiences.
  • Explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to keep work fresh and innovative.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing feedback and design best practices to enhance their skills.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with After Effects is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to take constructive feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude as a team player.

Nice to have:

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
