Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level expertise on the SAP FICO module.
  • Offer timely support to business teams, as well as partners in charge of data center administration (database administration, upgrades, performance).
  • Accountable for solution issues escalated to the global support team. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested, and followed up until they are properly closed according to defined process.
  • Analyze content of releases on assigned area and recommend optimal testing organization.
  • Liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure proper release validation.
  • Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions on assigned area.
  • Liaise with data excellence and business process leaders regarding problem solving and enhancement.
  • Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, go-live, transition).
  • Possess SAP and functional knowledge on financial and controlling processes.

Technical Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO module.
  • Around 8+ years of SAP experience as consultant with complex projects (complete core template design/build/validation, roll-out, and support) in FI and CO areas with hands-on experience on GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets, Closing, Reporting, CCA, PCA, Internal order, CO-PA, CO-PC.
  • Very good experience in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing and CO-Profitability Analysis.
  • SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Profitability Analysis.
  • Experience in Financial Month end Activity, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Intercompany reconciliation process.
  • Preferential experience in SAP S4H implementation or conversion projects with Simple Finance/Central Finance exposure.
