We seek dynamic professionals with a strong technical background to collaborate closely with our Finance team. - Collaborate with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
- Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
- Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
- Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
- Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
- Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
- Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment.
- Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements.
- Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
