About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), optimizing pipelines, and contributing to scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Deploy AI/ML Models: Create efficient and effective AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Work on LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics: Apply knowledge of Natural Language Processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Optimize ML Pipelines: Streamline ML pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Stay Updated with Advancements: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation.
  • Conduct Experiments and Integrate Solutions: Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production.
  • Troubleshoot and Improve Deployed Models: Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve deployed models to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models.
  • Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
