Electrical Design Engineer Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Electrical Design Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the field. You will also need excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Responsibilities include designing HT/LT switchgear, LT/HT bus ducts, HT indoor breakers/outdoor breakers, and more. You will also be responsible for creating datasheets for power cables, master single-line diagrams, and electrical load lists with transformer sizing calculations.

Additionally, you will need to have experience with SLD, protection SLD, technical data sheets, wiring schematics diagrams, general arrangement layouts, painting procedures, material lists, cable sizing calculations, and cable design memoranda.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be working on a variety of projects, including AC lighting panels, DC lighting panels, luminaries, MLDBs, WRDBs, earthing materials, and lightning protection materials.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD software and MS Excel/Word/Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and infrastructure
