Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure our products have the best usability and engaging end-users.

This position requires a deep understanding of business, design, and customer requirements to serve our brand's purpose, missions, and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create meaningful user experience designs that are minimalistic, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest design patterns and industry trends to evolve the design direction of mobile/web applications.
  3. Understand the business context, identify user personas, define task lists, information architecture, and interaction designs accordingly.
  4. Solve complex problems through a design-based solutioning approach.
  5. Develop a UX strategy and design approach that addresses user needs and creates a high-fidelity wireframe.
  6. Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistent, integrated brand perception for better user experience.
  7. Present and obtain approvals from design leaders and project stakeholders to drive designs to success.

We are looking for individuals with a strong portfolio that showcases engaging user experiences and design problem-solving abilities w.r.t. Mobile, web, and/or print media.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in UX Design or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other industry-recognized design tools.
  • Experience in designing on BI tools, custom products, mobile, and web applications.
