Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Liaison Officer to spearhead our government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs. This role demands a proactive individual with over 15 years of experience in managing statutory processes, building strategic relationships, and driving business development.

  • Liaise between various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate timely acquisition of project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants for accurate documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
  • Proactively prepare and implement a structured liaison process, including timelines, documentation standards, and compliance checklists.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field, along with strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages.
