Product Management Senior Manager Job

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Product Management team. This individual will be responsible for defining and guiding the direction of our CRM and Marketing Automation products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, and Lead Management, with experience navigating complex product development cycles. They should also have excellent communication skills, able to articulate trade-offs and position the team to achieve immediate targets as well as long-term objectives.

This role requires the ability to manage and mentor a dedicated team of Product Managers, supporting their professional and personal growth, facilitating skill development, and cultivating a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in CRM and Marketing Automation for B2B or SaaS platforms, with experience leading both onshore and offshore teams. They should also have a passion for delivering superior user experiences with measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap
  • Prioritize tasks with cross-functional teams
  • Make informed decisions based on data
  • Present findings and recommendations to customers and executives
  • Oversee product lines from initial concept to post-production support

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Product Management with deep user empathy and process understanding
  • 4+ years directly managing product managers
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution
  • Experience leading both onshore and offshore teams
  • Successful track record in CRM and Marketing Automation for B2B or SaaS platforms
  • End-to-end product lifecycle management including post-release support
  • Dedicated to delivering superior user experiences with measurable business results

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/OEM data
  • AI/ML product management experience
