Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in managing architectural projects.

  • Project Coordination & Administration:
    • Collaborate with project managers to plan, track, and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
    • Maintain accurate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Ensure seamless communication with internal teams, consultants, and clients to guarantee successful project execution.
    • Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze and present data using Excel and other reporting tools to monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Create informative dashboards and reports utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced Excel functions.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
    • Assist in forecasting and workload planning based on project data.
  • Support contract administration and invoice tracking:

Requirements & Skills:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Experience in project coordination, preferably in an architecture or construction firm.
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, automation).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry terminology.
    • Experience with financial tracking, invoicing, and contract management.
    • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is beneficial.
    • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Procore, Deltek, or similar) is advantageous.
