Job Title: Automation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems, as well as experience with DCS, PLC, and VFD systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance of automation systems, including DCS, PLC, and VFD systems
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with automation systems
  3. Performing calibration and maintenance of instrumentation systems
  4. Ensuring spares availability and inventory management
  5. Developing and implementing measures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  6. Implementing safety standards and conducting safety audits
  7. Leading a team of employees and overseeing their work

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with DCS, PLC, and VFD systems
  • Knowledge of instrument systems, including level transmitters, pressure and temperature transmitters, and weigh feeders
  • Experience with software development and trouble shooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
