We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of high-impact incentive compensation solutions.

About the Role:

This role involves leading discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements, configuring Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs, and managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and goals
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics
  • Manage project lifecycle
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
